A Hotel Inspired by a Star-Shaped Flower: A Unique Concept of Luxury and Functionality

We designed an impressive hotel with 350 rooms, situated on a hill and surrounded by a 150,000 m² property. The design, inspired by a star-shaped flower, ensures optimal lighting for all rooms and offers breathtaking views. The terraced structure not only maximizes sunlight but also provides uninterrupted panoramic vistas of the surrounding 100 hectares of forest. On clear days, the view extends all the way to the Caspian Sea.

Innovative Design for Comfort and Safety

Our architectural concept and meticulous planning guarantee both the safety and comfort of guests, even during high-profile international conferences with attendees from around the world. The hotel’s traffic management system enables seamless hosting of parallel events, such as international conferences, weddings, or standard hotel operations. Each activity can function independently, without disrupting the others.

A Rotating Restaurant with Panoramic Views

At the pinnacle of the building stands a jewel-shaped dome housing a rotating restaurant. This offers guests an unparalleled culinary experience. The 360-degree views span miles, encompassing the picturesque hotel surroundings and the adjoining 100-hectare forest, which is exclusively accessible via specially designated electric vehicles to preserve the tranquility and natural beauty of the area.

An Avenue Inspired by a UNESCO World Heritage Site

The avenue leading to the hotel is modeled after the UNESCO World Heritage Garden Baghe Shahzadeh. Flanked by evergreen pine trees on both sides, it creates a majestic, timeless atmosphere that captivates year-round. A cascading waterfall flows through the center of the avenue, its movement and sound enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings.

At the end of the avenue, the “arms” of the terraced hotel open up to welcome visitors with its inviting architecture. Crowned by a jewel-shaped dome, the hotel stands as a magnificent architectural highlight. This harmonious blend of evergreen trees, flowing water, and stunning architectural design gives the avenue an unparalleled elegance, making the arrival a truly stylish and unforgettable experience.

Lalim Hotel: A Name with Royal Connection and International Partnership

This hotel is located in a village named Lalim, on the outskirts of Sari city near the Caspian Sea. During the naming process, we discovered a picturesque retreat village in Portugal also named Lalim. The name of this Portuguese village originates from a king’s son who chose it as his place of rest, giving the village its royal name.

Inspired by this story, we established a partnership between the two locations named Lalim. This connection symbolizes not only the spirit of tranquility and relaxation but also cultural exchange and hospitality that both places embody.

To honor this special relationship between the two Lalims, we named our hotel LalimHotel—a tribute to the Portuguese village and a symbol of harmony between the two locations. Our hotel thus carries a name that uniquely represents history, tradition, and international unity.
