Sorosh Residential – A Residential Tower Inspired by the Stars

Sorosh Residential is an exclusive residential tower designed for Tehran. The form and concept of this state-of-the-art high-rise were inspired by the name “Soroshe Asmanie”, which the investors gave to the project.

Through extensive research, we discovered that “Sorosh” means “message” or “heavenly message” in Persian. This led us to explore astronomy, where we found that “Capella” (also known as Soroush) is an extraordinary star:

• The brightest star in the Auriga constellation
• The sixth brightest star in the night sky
• Approximately 42 light-years away from Earth
• A multiple star system consisting of two pairs of binary stars orbiting each other
• Known as “Soroush” – the Divine Messenger – in Iranian culture
• One of the best stars visible to the naked eye due to its bright yellow glow

Architectural Concept: The Form of Sorosh in the Residential Tower

Inspired by the stellar system of Capella (Soroush), we developed the building’s structure:
Three rotating towers around a central core, rising dynamically in a spiral motion – an architectural homage to the movement of the stars and the concept of harmony, rotation, and cosmic order.

This exceptional architectural design enables:

• 29 floors with more than 36,500 m² of residential space, featuring a unique sky-reaching structure
• Three separate towers rotating around a central core
• Maximum privacy: Each floor has only 9 exclusive apartments, with three separate elevators – meaning only 3 apartments per tower per floor
• Optimal natural lighting: All apartments are designed for maximum daylight exposure and offer stunning panoramic views of the Tehran skyline
• Grand entrance: A spacious lobby with a sophisticated and private atmosphere
• Retail & shopping mall on the ground floor: Shops for daily necessities, serving both residents and the surrounding neighborhood
