Sustainable vision for Guanaja Hills, Honduras

We have developed an innovative urban development concept for a group of young investors who have acquired a 125,000 m² free trade zone on the paradisiacal island of Guanaja Hills in Honduras.

The first phase of construction is an exclusive development of modern suite villas, which we designed in collaboration with a freelancer. Our focus is on sustainable architecture that meets the highest standards of design, comfort and environmental awareness.

The entire project is powered by renewable energy and combines sophisticated, modern architecture with the island’s unique natural surroundings. A visionary project that combines future-oriented construction with quality of life at the highest level.
